  This is the worst place to buy or have equipment fixed hands down.
  The staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. My last visit, after I have already had my saw there to be fixed for the 4th time in a year, keep in mind that every time I get it back the employee said it was running perfect and then when I try to start the saw, it barely starts and has new problems. The manager told me there was nothing they could do because my piston is burn and my fuel line is pinched...
  Well for you the consumer, my saw needed a simple service and had no issues until the mechanics at their shop touched it and I now know are the reason for these newer problems. I repeat my saw had zero issues before I brought it in for a service there. Now its been over a year, I've had to bring it back 4 more times and now buy a new saw because their mechanics did such a number on my older one it is unusable (it's not even three years old). I took my older saw it to another shop and they were able to confirm my suspicions. That 'A' the employees at Lou Pro weren't fixing it at all but instead damaging it, 'B' the manager at Lou Pro lied straight to my face multiple times, and 'C' when finally confronting the manager and service staff about their lack of professionalism and overwhelming evidence of their lack of due diligence or remotely any signs that they had done anything other then destroy my saw, they turned me away and said that I was better to buy a new saw and or go somewhere else. Well I already bought another saw and I won't ever go back. So if your reading this review consumer, avoid this shop at all costs. The service is horrid, expect to get your equipment back in worse shape then when you brought it in and be prepared to be messed around. They don't deserve your patients, time, or money.
