It's hard to find a great local family business that still operates with top tier service, sales and customer service. This is the only place I purchase my outdoor power tools. You can't get the same service or actual skill level at the big box stores. Another novel idea, they actually sell parts and provide service for the products they sell, unlike the big box stores. I am an echo brand purchaser and have purchased three (3) major pieces of outdoor power equipment from them. From the owner to the personal at the counter to the manager, Duane, well done my friends, well done...
