- Jemma Reil Added 2018-06-08★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I can't complain enough about the STO. Buses don't even remotely follow the schedules! So many times, I've come to a bus stop 20 minutes before the bus is due and it shows up an hour later or not at all. I've been late for work, stranded in the middle of nowhere all night... It's ridiculous! Since transfers only last two hours, I often need to pay a second time once the next bus finally comes around.
On top of this, many of the drivers are extremely rude. I've had them call me stupid for wearing earphones and laugh at me for being lost.
This system is so unreliable and disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone if it can be avoided.
